Giving Western Sydney Executive Women a pathway to success.
Western Sydney Executive Women (WSEW) engages directly with government, community and businesses to advocate for policies and programs that support women across Greater Western Sydney.
Through our extensive industry network, we facilitate career connections and opportunities not otherwise accessible. We contribute to policy design and partner with key stakeholder to provide ongoing opportunities for our members and the wider executive community.
A one-of-a-kind community for female leaders, who are ambitious, innovative, supportive and connected. We are the voice of executive and career women in Greater Western Sydney and are passionate about supporting pathways for emerging leaders.
Our membership consists of over 200 female leaders representing all sectors in the region.
All funds from Western Sydney Executive Women activities are invested into running free programs for girls and women at Western Sydney Women.

Growing up and living in Western Sydney often has a stigma with a negative connotation, preventing women from realising their true potential and to live a safe, happy and financially secure life.
My passion is to give a voice to the voiceless and to instigate generational change for women.
