Brendan Sweeney
Regional Director
Brendan Sweeney is a Chartered Builder with more than 15 years’ experience in construction in Australia and overseas. He began his career with leading UK construction group Skanska, responsible for the delivery of several major PFI Hospitals and prison projects.
Brendan joined Multiplex in 2013 to deliver the Royal North Shore Hospital’s new Clinical Services Building, before quickly moving through the ranks to Regional Director. He has continued to build his expertise in health and commercial sector with oversight One Denison Street for Winten Property and several aged care and hospital projects including the recently completed Westmead Hospital Redevelopment, the largest health redevelopment ever undertaken by the NSW Government.
Brendan is a champion for women in construction and plays a key role in facilitating Multiplex’s JumpStart career mentoring program for female students, as well as being a NAWIC Mentor.
