Western Sydney Executive Women in STEM mentoring program is created to encourage connections and develop confidence and facilitate connections to the growing opportunities in Western Sydney.
Specifically designed for entry level or mid-level career women in STEM fields, this program includes:
Four round tables with leading STEM speakers
12 month mentoring (online) by an Executive level STEM leader
Confidence workshops and LinkedIn training
Connection and networking facilitation
Mentees will attain vital connections and role models in the executive space as well as the mentorship and coaching to guide the pursuit of executive roles including introductions into potential job opportunities.
